Pre-Swim Team
Pre-swim team is now available for swimmers (ages 12 & under) looking for small, recreational practices! Swimmers will have the option to compete in the Atlanta Swim Association Fall League in August & September. Swimmers must be able to swim 50 yds freestyle & 25 yds backstroke as well as have some familiarity with breaststroke and/or butterfly (further details below). For students unable to meet these requirements, we offer swim lessons at all levels.
Please reach out to Lainie ([email protected]) prior to registering if you have not been in lessons with us previously to ensure correct placement. Families that sign up without doing so--that have swimmers unable to meet pre-swim team requirements--will be able to apply payment towards swim lessons, but a service fee will apply.

Fall 2024-Winter 2025:
Mondays & Wednesdays (4:45-5:45 pm) at Washington Park Natatorium / Saturdays (3:15-4:30 pm) at Beulah Baptist Church
- 1x week option: $80/month. Swimmers choose one practice to regularly attend (M, W, or Sat). If unable to attend their regular practice, swimmers may attend on one of the other 2 days with advance notice.
- 3x week option: $160/month. Swimmers may attend any/all offered practices (M, W, Sat) as their schedule permits.
Minimum Requirements for Pre-Swim Team:
-Able to complete 50 yards freestyle without any outside assistance or breaks on lane ropes, pool bottom, etc.
-Able to complete 25 yards backstroke without any outside assistance or breaks on lane ropes, pool bottom, etc.
-Some familiarity with breaststroke and/or butterfly
